Please note that we will shortly be rolling out our Covid Vaccination Programme, starting with patients over 80 years of age. We will be delivering the vaccination programme from our Primary Care Network neighbouring surgery, Pump House Surgery in Earls Colne. We will call you as soon as we know the dates of the clinics to book your Covid vaccination. There is no need to contact the surgery yourself. We will also start to vaccinate our care home patients and staff, as well as housebound patients. Again, please wait for the surgery to contact you.
As per the Government’s news of a new lockdown last night, please see the Government website https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-lockdown-stay-at-home for details on shielding for Clinically Extremely Vulnerable patients. As we have been in Tier 4 for some time now, you will already have received a letter or email if you are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable. You will be contacted directly by the central government team to extend the period for shielding. Please note that information about shielding does not come directly from the surgery.
