New telephone options
Due to the increased volume of calls we are receiving, we are making it clearer to patients which options they need to pick when telephoning the surgery. If you are enquiring about blood test results, or chasing up a referral or a prescription, please only phone the surgery between the times listed below – unfortunately, we will not be able to deal with your call outside these times or if you pick the wrong option:
Press 1 for Appointments
Press 2 for all other options
Press 1 for Prescription queries between 10.30am – 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm
Press 2 to cancel an appointment
Press 3 for blood test results and admin queries between 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm
Press 4 to speak to the Secretary regarding referrals between 11am – 1pm and 3.30pm – 4.30pm
Please refrain from phoning the surgery between 0830-10am unless you need an on the day appointment or home visit. This will free up the telephones first thing in the morning to deal with patients that need urgent help.
If you pick the wrong option, you will be asked to redial.
