The Surgery is a training practice. Our current registrars are Dr Rutendo Munatsi, Dr Anum Suleman, and Dr Sameen Hreiz.
These doctors are fully qualified and will have had experience in several hospital specialties. They are completing their specialist training as a GP.
They will see a small number of patients each day and are mentored and trained closely by Dr Salmon and Dr Kreis-Alsayed. As part of their training a few consultations may be video recorded. If yours is one of these, you will be asked for your permission before the consultation. You are free to decline the request if you so wish. Recording will be done to help train the doctors by analysing the consultation afterwards.
We also teach medical students and sometimes you may be asked to see the doctor or nurse with a student present. You will always be asked beforehand if this is acceptable and you may ask for the student to withdraw if you prefer to have your consultation in private.
