The Covid Spring booster campaign will be commencing shortly and will be available to the following groups of people:
Adults aged 75 and above
Residents in a care home for older adults
Individuals aged 6 months & older who are immunosuppressed.
We will not be completing Covid vaccinations at the Practice for the Spring campaign. Please note that this is a Primary Care Network (PCN) decision and not one made by the Surgery individually.
Information for Care Home & Housebound Patients:
EPUT (Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust) will be completing Covid vaccinations for our care home residents who reside in Blackthorns, Colne View, Halstead Hall, and Cedars. The EPUT team will also be completing Covid vaccinations for our registered housebound patients who are within the criteria for the Spring boosters.
The teams will be in contact directly to arrange vaccinations with our housebound patients & care homes in the coming weeks.
