We are now in our 16th week of patient triage and would like to thank our patients for how well they have adapted to the new system. We are finding however that patients are submitting multiple patient triage forms per day – please help us to maintain the service by only submitting one form per day.
Please note that Mondays are our busiest day for patient triage. If you have a more routine request which is not so urgent, please consider submitting your patient triage form on a different day. Please do always seek help if you feel your condition is urgent.
